Redwood Plastics Corporation is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Data Entry individual.
Redwood is a 40 year old company that works directly with manufacturing companies to find solutions for a variety of problems including shock, abrasion, noise, wear and friction.In partnership with our manufacturing divsions, Redwood molds, machines and fabricates a wide range of high quality custom components. With our technical expertise and experience, we bring new, innovative developments and products to numerous industries and communities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Accurately process customer transactions such as order and quotations.
- Proactively telemarket new markets or industries to generate leads or sales.
- Proactively call old or defunct accounts to generate leads or sales.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Inside Sales. (Manufacturing experience preferred).
- 2-3 years job experience in similar position
- Ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Must have intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel.
