Redwood Plastics Corporation is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Data Entry individual.

Redwood is a 40 year old company that works directly with manufacturing companies to find solutions for a variety of problems including shock, abrasion, noise, wear and friction.In partnership with our manufacturing divsions, Redwood molds, machines and fabricates a wide range of high quality custom components. With our technical expertise and experience, we bring new, innovative developments and products to numerous industries and communities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as order and quotations.
  • Proactively telemarket new markets or industries to generate leads or sales.
  • Proactively call old or defunct accounts to generate leads or sales.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in Inside Sales. (Manufacturing experience preferred).
  • 2-3 years job experience in similar position
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel.

We’re Hiring in Langley!

We are seeking a self motivated, driven individual for an inside sales position at our branch in Langley. Must have experience in sales, excellent phone mannerisms, professionalism and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for inventory software system and customer management software.

DUTIES:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, walk in retail duties, out bound telemarketing while maintaining order files and customer correspondence to the satisfaction of both the corporation and the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes.
  • Proactively telemarketing new markets or industries to generate leads or sales as outlined in the Inside Sales Outbound Call Plan.
  • Utilize CRM system – update daily – includes customer profiles – maintain customer files.
