Eileen is a New Jersey native and fills a long-vacant territory that really needed representation. Eileen has an extensive sales background including working with MSC Industrial supply and selling industrial hoses. In her spare time she enjoys adventures with her dog Maggie and husband, Nick. She is an active member in her community.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Responding to quote requests from our regional sales offices
- Consulting with manufacturing on designs
- Creating work orders
- On occasion liaise directly with the customers
- Take ownership and be accountable as you track and update delivery schedules
- Utilize the CRM system to effectively track win/close ratios
- Perform other duties in the department as assigned
The successful candidate will have a high degree of technical aptitude, able to understand applications, customers concerns, learn and retain product knowledge, and then deliver a solution. The candidate will be a resourceful, independent, professional. In addition:
- Will be able to read and understand technical drawings
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Display a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
- Be proficient with computers including MS Office. Be able to learn our inventory program.
- Able to perform basic math (algebra, compute rate, ratios, etc)

Growing again, this time our Spokane location is pleased to welcome Chad Olsen in the role of Technical Sales. Chad was previously with Stellar Industrial Supply and has over 25 years industrial sales experience. In addition to his experience he has a Communications & Advertising degree from Lethbridge College in Alberta. Chad will be covering Washington, Montana and Eastern Oregon for the branch and we look forward to seeing his growth with our company!
Fall is in the air and so is hiring at Redwood Plastics. We have not one but three new employees to introduce you too!
Sarah Fuller has joined our Atlanta branch in an Inside Sales Support role. Sarah will assist Atlanta’s inside sales staff in quotations, putting through purchase orders, and similar duties. Sarah strives to be positive in all aspects of her life. She is enthusiastic and adventurous and hates laziness and negative attitudes (she’ll do well here!). Her favorite hobbies are exploring, meeting new friends, four-wheeling, and camping. She has a 16 month old and her husband, Bud, back at home.
Next up we have Brian Carmichael. Brian has joined Vancouver’s Technical Outside Sales Team and brings a wealth of experience to the job. He has an expansive territory to cover including Vancouver Island but has so far met that challenge with gusto!
Last but not least we have Chris Tew. Chris is actually the son of long-time Redwood Plastics Technical Sales Representative Jimmy Tew. Chris is joining our Atlanta branch as part of the Inside Sales team. For Chris it’s all about family – particularly his sons Chris Jr. and Chase. Chris gets the most enjoyment out of his life when he’s with his sons and spending time with them is his favorite thing in the world. However, he also enjoys readying, golf, and eating chicken “just about any way you can cook it.”

Paul has a wide range of industrial experience which will be beneficial to his efforts with Redwood. He was a production Supervisor for Nucor-Yamato Steel, Assistant Manager for Fastenal and a commercial territory sales representative for Spec Building Materials. Paul is well-versed in industrial sales and distribution. Paul will be based in Little Rock, Arkansas and will be responsible for building our business in Arkansas, Louisiana and Eastern Texas. Paul has already started building contacts in the Arkansas sawmill industry.
